Always polite. They were at my house at 8:30 pm making sure we had cool air.

Highly recommend Jonathan and Matthew. They were able to come same day when my air stopped blowing cool air none other than the first week of consistent upper 80s weather. They were on time and from the brief description I shared over the phone they knew right where to start. They had the part that needed to be replaced and I had cool air flowing in less than an hour! Jonathan has always been very respectful and helpful when he comes to service our HVAC! They are prompt to get you on the schedule, have fair pricing, and he is great about explaining what he did to fix your problems. This is an honest company that makes you feel valued.

Called Paradise on a Sunday(Father's Day) and got a call back and service/ repair the same day. They explained what was needed and did the necessary repairs. I have a nice cool home again.

My unit was not working and they were working with my relatives. I asked if they would take a look at mine and they did with no problem. They told me what the problem was an within 2 days they had my unit up and running!

From the first phone call, I was impressed, I spoke to Jennifer and on a follow up call, I spoke to Gracie. Both are related to the owner Jonathan who came out today and gave me a breakdown and an idea of what is needed and proposed how to go about doing a mini split, which I’m excited to get done, so much so that I wanted to give a review, even before the work begins which I’m sure will be excellent. He recommended a good brand Mitsubishi and explained why he chooses them, giving a very detailed explanation. Jonathan was very personable and efficient and I look forward to the job being completed and future business with this company.

I can not say enough amazing things about my experience with Paradise - most importantly, about JONATHAN PERKINSON! He is super knowledgeable about any and all HVAC systems, and he answered all my questions - he actually went above and beyond my expectations. I am excited about this company bc I have tried SEVERAL in the Birmingham area - and I’m telling you - this is the company to use and Jonathan is the one specifically that I will be calling again and again!

I was fortunately able to get an appointment for the next day. Jonathan & Austin were prompt and kept me advised of their arrival. They quickly found the problem with my "heat" and were able to fix it without problems. They were very friendly and professional, and I felt that their pricing was fair and reasonable. Johnathan was great! We had a moisture problem in our kitchen cabinets that were on an interior wall. He spent a good amount of time figuring out what was going on, gave us a solution and answered all of our questions. A very good experience!

I recently had this company come out to my home because my unit wasn’t working, they had someone out the same day. Jonathan was extremely professional and knowledgeable, definitely recommend this company!!

I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They are AWESOME!

Quick response for broken AC. Found the problem quickly and was able to fix on the same visit. They also recommended some improvements based on another issue I was having. Overall great experience.

If only all of our consumer needs were met like the service provided by the team at Paradise Heating and Air. From the very cordial and helpful Paradise employee who answered our after-hours, weekend phone call to the technical service provided by Jonathan and Matthew on Monday - we couldn’t be more pleased. We were informed every step of the way via text of all pertinent information including: scheduled appointment time, tech arrival time with the id’s of technicians who would be performing the work. Jonathan and Matthew arrived five minutes earlier than the one hour scheduled window (no no-shows here), did what they had to do and didn’t use weaponry to determine labor costs. In a land where customers have seemingly been disregarded and led to die, the folks of Paradise have obviously seen themselves and decided to do things a different and better way.

I have been extremely pleased with the work performed and customer service.

We have had Jonathan and his capable team working on our A/c and Heating for several years. They are punctual, well mannered and reasonably priced. The work they have done including an A/C replacement has always been outstanding. Had what I thought was an issue with my furnace at MIDNIGHT and was in a panic trying to decipher what I thought was an error code. Called numerous places advertising 24/7 assistance and no one could/would help. Jonathan Perkinson with Paradise actually called me back, explained it all to me and kept me from shutting it all down on a cold night. So kind and helpful!!! Highly recommended!

Great company to work with AGAIN! The minor issues found were carefully explained and resolved. We setup a biannual service plan to keep this 20 yr old house in tip top shape. This is the company you need to handle your HVAC needs.

One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! They could have easily just given us a price for a new unit like everyone else. I appreciate that Paradise put forth the effort to figure out the problem, and saved us THOUSANDS!!!

They continue to provide me with great, skilled service for a reasonable price. They're very good about communicating with you and don't mind answering your questions. Still highly recommend. This service was just an extension of last service call due to slow leak in Evap Core of warrantied Goodman A/C which was installed by another vendor 4-5 years ago.

Exactly what I needed!

I was extremely impressed with Paradise Air and am very glad I found them. I have a very old HVAC system they needed some ducts and a condensate pump replaced. They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing. The price was excellent given how much work they had to do in the crawlspace and the extra time they spent with me advising me on how to get as much out of my old system as I could. They weren’t there to try to sell me a new system. They were there to repair what I asked them to at a reasonable price and help me extend the life of my current system. I won’t even think of calling anyone else from now on.

First of all they are very courteous people. Secondly they gave me an appointment asap and was there right on time in which I was able to keep track of the arrival by text messages. They diagnosed the problem and it was resolved in less than 30mins. I am truly grateful for Paradise Heating and Air. Thank you for your service. Side note: they chose the best name for the company. I was in Paradise after the repair lol

These guys did great work for us! Installed a new HVAC system at a competitive price, were very respectful in my home, neat, and incredibly helpful. All around just a great experience.

Our AC was struggling a bit. Had another HVCA company come check it out first. Their recommendation was a whole new replacement unit. Bare minimum a $6000 repair job. Got a second opinion from Jonathan’s company, Paradise. All the unit needed was refrigerant. Saved us thousands !! We would recommend Paradise every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
