Would highly recommend this company. Jonathan is an honest guy and gave me a fair price to repair what someone else wanted to completely replace (for a lot more money). He also gave me a replacement price that was much less than my other quote.

These guys got the job done! Came in did not try to sell me a unit but fixed my existing unit and I appreciate them so much bc it was the hottest day of the year and my unit was completely out. I recommend 💯

My unit for upstairs had a major leak in the evaporation coils. Jonathan and Matthew came over and spent an hour here investigating and giving me my options. I decided to replace the whole unit and they were here on a Saturday replacing the unit. The knowledge that Jonathan possessed was second to none. Paradise heating and air came out to my place within 30 minutes from the time I called put in a water sensor for the airflow in the attic and replaced the Capacitor for upstairs AC unit, Johnathon was very professional and very honest at first he thought I needed freon for one of my units But after it working for a while, he saw that it didn’t need any he could’ve charged me and I would’ve never known but he didn’t he came in and told the freon levels were OK and just needed time to show the correct pressure level. Also their price were very reasonable. Don’t let the service fee scare you, you’re getting an honest company that will come out and tell you exactly what you need and how much it’s going to cost and if you decide to go with them, that service fee will be included with the work they do.

Had what I thought was an issue with my furnace at MIDNIGHT and was in a panic trying to decipher what I thought was an error code. Called numerous places advertising 24/7 assistance and no one could/would help. Jonathon arrived within 30 minutes of me contacting Paradise. I had a late evening service request due to my unit not properly operating. Jennifer at Paradise was professional and so understanding of how uncomfortable and concerned my family was due the heat. I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They are AWESOME!

I was very pleased with the inspection from Paradise H&A for my church. We have an old, HVAC system that parts are no longer available to repair. Jonathan the owner came out personally to check it. He was experienced, friendly, professional, and was very thorough in checking out the furnace, compressors, air handlers and duct system. He gave me a 'ballpark figure' for replacement with several options. He explained the options to me and what would be required for installation. My unit was not working and they were working with my relatives. I asked if they would take a look at mine and they did with no problem. They told me what the problem was an within 2 days they had my unit up and running!

Our Condo AC unit was leaking through attic, made online request to Paradise Heating and Voila! within 5 minutes my request was answered and a service was scheduled. Mr. Jonathan and his assistant Mr. Matt showed up before their scheduled time and did an outstanding job. They both were very professional and kind. Mr. Jonathan is a true American technical craftsman, he was quick to identify the problem and fix it in no time. During this time, one of my neighboring Condo owner requested him to look at his AC unit as it wasn't cooling or working properly and Mr. Jonathan agreed to look at it and fixed it. The price was more than reasonable for me and Mr. Jonathan told my neighbor that he will waive the service fee because they were already there to fix mine which saved him money and made him very happy. They were great. Came out on a Thursday and looked at my system. Went over all of my options of repairs or replacements. Explained both the advantages and disadvantages of both options in detail so I could make an informed decision. Came back out the following Monday to do the work. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

These guys were great! They came out same day in this 95 degree weather and had my AC back up and running in no time!

I was extremely impressed with Paradise Air and am very glad I found them. I have a very old HVAC system they needed some ducts and a condensate pump replaced. They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing. The price was excellent given how much work they had to do in the crawlspace and the extra time they spent with me advising me on how to get as much out of my old system as I could. They weren’t there to try to sell me a new system. They were there to repair what I asked them to at a reasonable price and help me extend the life of my current system. I won’t even think of calling anyone else from now on.

A/C drains clogged and were draining into the basement. Put request in on line at 8 PM and response was great. Work crew responded 7 AM and work repair was done quickly. Great service.

One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! They could have easily just given us a price for a new unit like everyone else. I appreciate that Paradise put forth the effort to figure out the problem, and saved us THOUSANDS!!!
