Jonathan and his helper were awesome. Keeping us informed as to what they were doing as they replaced our heating and air units. They were pleasant to have around and did a great job. They not only left the areas clean they hauled off all the old equipment. We would highly recommended them to everyone.

Trustworthy and honest! I'm so thankful for the service I receive from Paradise Heating and Air. I am a repeat customer because I know Jonathan will not try to sell something I do not need. He explains any issues in detail leaving the decision up to me on whether or not to replace a part. Jonathan takes his time to make sure everything is in good working order before he leaves.He truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend keeping your unit(s) serviced twice a year. I can not say enough amazing things about my experience with Paradise - most importantly, about JONATHAN PERKINSON! He is super knowledgeable about any and all HVAC systems, and he answered all my questions - he actually went above and beyond my expectations. These guys did great work for us! Installed a new HVAC system at a competitive price, were very respectful in my home, neat, and incredibly helpful. All around just a great experience.

They continue to provide me with great, skilled service for a reasonable price. They're very good about communicating with you and don't mind answering your questions. Still highly recommend. This service was just an extension of last service call due to slow leak in Evap Core of warrantied Goodman A/C which was installed by another vendor 4-5 years ago.

Perfectly on time and very quick! They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 30 minutes. No BS and very well priced! I was very impressed!

Would highly recommend this company. Jonathan is an honest guy and gave me a fair price to repair what someone else wanted to completely replace (for a lot more money). He also gave me a replacement price that was much less than my other quote.

Very professional and efficient.

They were great. Came out on a Thursday and looked at my system. Went over all of my options of repairs or replacements. Explained both the advantages and disadvantages of both options in detail so I could make an informed decision. Came back out the following Monday to do the work. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Had what I thought was an issue with my furnace at MIDNIGHT and was in a panic trying to decipher what I thought was an error code. Called numerous places advertising 24/7 assistance and no one could/would help. Jonathan Perkinson with Paradise actually called me back, explained it all to me and kept me from shutting it all down on a cold night. So kind and helpful!!! Highly recommended!

Jonathan and the whole Paradise staff are professional, courteous, and fast. I had a system failure, and they were able to get to me quickly and diagnose the problem. Through Jonathan's research he discovered my system had a warrantied part needing replacement and saved me $1600. I would HIGHLY recommend Jonathan and the Paradise crew and will be using again!

A/C drains clogged and were draining into the basement. Put request in on line at 8 PM and response was great. Work crew responded 7 AM and work repair was done quickly. Great service.

Johnathan was great! We had a moisture problem in our kitchen cabinets that were on an interior wall. He spent a good amount of time figuring out what was going on, gave us a solution and answered all of our questions. A very good experience!

I highly recommend Paradise Heating and Air. I contacted them to give me an estimate on adding more insulation to my attic. They were super responsive. They came out, gave me an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. In a very short time I was on their schedule. They showed up at the time they told me they would and they did a great job!! They even took care of the areas that were leaking heat. They are very personable, great to deal with. I am super pleased.

I was very pleased with the inspection from Paradise H&A for my church. We have an old, HVAC system that parts are no longer available to repair. Jonathan the owner came out personally to check it. He was experienced, friendly, professional, and was very thorough in checking out the furnace, compressors, air handlers and duct system. He gave me a 'ballpark figure' for replacement with several options. He explained the options to me and what would be required for installation. Replaced a furnace vent pipe and roof cap, Jonathan and Matt were competent technicians and explained everything to me clearly and the quote and the final price were the same. comparing quotes, they were very competitive and provided a high degree of professionalism on the job. Paradise heating and air came out to my place within 30 minutes from the time I called put in a water sensor for the airflow in the attic and replaced the Capacitor for upstairs AC unit, Johnathon was very professional and very honest at first he thought I needed freon for one of my units But after it working for a while, he saw that it didn’t need any he could’ve charged me and I would’ve never known but he didn’t he came in and told the freon levels were OK and just needed time to show the correct pressure level. Also their price were very reasonable. Don’t let the service fee scare you, you’re getting an honest company that will come out and tell you exactly what you need and how much it’s going to cost and if you decide to go with them, that service fee will be included with the work they do.

I have been extremely pleased with the work performed and customer service.

We've been doing a complete renovation of our family home of 30 years to sell and retire. We also needed to make sure we had adequate insulation and have the ductwork inspected. I called Paradise Heating and Air, and found that this was a service they could provide. They were very responsive. I had an estimate within a few days and the job completed the following week. They fixed anything that could become a problem and blew in the amount of insulation to meet the current Hoover building code. Jonathan was so friendly, explained everything that was done and the cost was very reasonable. In fact he talked me out of insulating an area that wasn't really needed!!! I couldn't be happier with the service, and feel good that everything is secure and to code. I highly recommend Jonathan and Paradise Heating and Air!!

Called Paradise on a Sunday(Father's Day) and got a call back and service/ repair the same day. They explained what was needed and did the necessary repairs. I have a nice cool home again.

Came out same day and explained the problem I was having and how best to fix it, and also what to look for to get ahead of any future issues before they get too bad

My unit was not working and they were working with my relatives. I asked if they would take a look at mine and they did with no problem. They told me what the problem was an within 2 days they had my unit up and running!

We were very pleased with the service we received! The men were knowledgeable, honest, and timely. We would HIGHLY recommend this service!

Highly recommend Jonathan and Matthew. They were able to come same day when my air stopped blowing cool air none other than the first week of consistent upper 80s weather.
