Trustworthy and honest! I'm so thankful for the service I receive from Paradise Heating and Air. I am a repeat customer because I know Jonathan will not try to sell something I do not need. He explains any issues in detail leaving the decision up to me on whether or not to replace a part. Jonathan takes his time to make sure everything is in good working order before he leaves.He truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend keeping your unit(s) serviced twice a year. I am seeing the benefits on being proactive with this. It's totally worth it. I cannot rave enough about the customer service you receive from Paradise Heating and Air. Call them!!!

I have been extremely pleased with the work performed and customer service.

Our AC was struggling a bit. Had another HVCA company come check it out first. Their recommendation was a whole new replacement unit. Bare minimum a $6000 repair job. Got a second opinion from Jonathan’s company, Paradise. All the unit needed was refrigerant. Saved us thousands !! We would recommend Paradise every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They are AWESOME!

Highly recommend Jonathan and Matthew. They were able to come same day when my air stopped blowing cool air none other than the first week of consistent upper 80s weather. They were on time and from the brief description I shared over the phone they knew right where to start. They had the part that needed to be replaced and I had cool air flowing in less than an hour! First of all they are very courteous people. Secondly they gave me an appointment asap and was there right on time in which I was able to keep track of the arrival by text messages. 2025 UPDATE: I needed Jonathan service on Friday, April 3rd. I called his office at 6:40. Jonathan arrived at my home by 2 o’clock that afternoon. My unit for upstairs had a major leak in the evaporation coils. Jonathan and Matthew came over and spent an hour here investigating and giving me my options. I decided to replace the whole unit and they were here on a Saturday replacing the unit. The knowledge that Jonathan possessed was second to none. The experience was excellent I will be using them again and I highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with Paradise Air and am very glad I found them. I have a very old HVAC system they needed some ducts and a condensate pump replaced. They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing. The price was excellent given how much work they had to do in the crawlspace and the extra time they spent with me advising me on how to get as much out of my old system as I could. They weren’t there to try to sell me a new system. They were there to repair what I asked them to at a reasonable price and help me extend the life of my current system. I won’t even think of calling anyone else from now on.

What sets Paradise apart is Jonathan took the time to explain my current system, as well as pricing comparable new systems. Paradise answered my call late at night and made me an appointment for first thing in the morning and even showed up early. They crawled under my rental house through the dirt and mud to inform me that my landlord had me living in a dangerous environment. He was upfront and honest about everything and let me know the steps I needed to do to get my family out of this situation. I am excited about this company bc I have tried SEVERAL in the Birmingham area - and I’m telling you - this is the company to use and Jonathan is the one specifically that I will be calling again and again!

We've been doing a complete renovation of our family home of 30 years to sell and retire. We also needed to make sure we had adequate insulation and have the ductwork inspected. I called Paradise Heating and Air, and found that this was a service they could provide. They were very responsive. I had an estimate within a few days and the job completed the following week. They fixed anything that could become a problem and blew in the amount of insulation to meet the current Hoover building code. Jonathan was so friendly, explained everything that was done and the cost was very reasonable. In fact he talked me out of insulating an area that wasn't really needed!!! I couldn't be happier with the service, and feel good that everything is secure and to code. I highly recommend Jonathan and Paradise Heating and Air!!

I highly recommend Paradise Heating and Air. I contacted them to give me an estimate on adding more insulation to my attic. They were super responsive. They came out, gave me an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. In a very short time I was on their schedule. They showed up at the time they told me they would and they did a great job!! They even took care of the areas that were leaking heat. They are very personable, great to deal with. I am super pleased.

Jonathan was fantastic to work with! We had multiple quotes and opinions on some work we needed to get done and his recommendations and quote came in best and he had some recommendations others did not make that make us feel like he really cared about doing the right thing and really inspected our hvac situation. Jennifer and Gracie were also stellar! Will call them back and recommend to our friends!

This service was just an extension of last service call due to slow leak in Evap Core of warrantied Goodman A/C which was installed by another vendor 4-5 years ago.

Great company to work with AGAIN! The minor issues found were carefully explained and resolved. We setup a biannual service plan to keep this 20 yr old house in tip top shape. This is the company you need to handle your HVAC needs.

From the first phone call, I was impressed, I spoke to Jennifer and on a follow up call, I spoke to Gracie. Both are related to the owner Jonathan who came out today and gave me a breakdown and an idea of what is needed and proposed how to go about doing a mini split, which I’m excited to get done, so much so that I wanted to give a review, even before the work begins which I’m sure will be excellent. He recommended a good brand Mitsubishi and explained why he chooses them, giving a very detailed explanation. Jonathan was very personable and efficient and I look forward to the job being completed and future business with this company.
