Highly recommend Jonathan and Matthew. They were able to come same day when my air stopped blowing cool air none other than the first week of consistent upper 80s weather. They were on time and from the brief description I shared over the phone they knew right where to start. They had the part that needed to be replaced and I had cool air flowing in less than an hour! Would highly recommend this company. Jonathan is an honest guy and gave me a fair price to repair what someone else wanted to completely replace (for a lot more money). He also gave me a replacement price that was much less than my other quote.

This service was just an extension of last service call due to slow leak in Evap Core of warrantied Goodman A/C which was installed by another vendor 4-5 years ago.

Jonathan and his helper were awesome. Keeping us informed as to what they were doing as they replaced our heating and air units. They were pleasant to have around and did a great job. They not only left the areas clean they hauled off all the old equipment. We would highly recommended them to everyone.

2025 UPDATE: I needed Jonathan service on Friday, April 3rd. I called his office at 6:40. Jonathan arrived at my home by 2 o’clock that afternoon. Got my unit back up and running in less than an hour. The team at Paradise heating and cooling. Always provide exceptional, customer service and expertise. Jon and his team have renewed my faith in the HVAC industry. They service two homes with aging Heating & Cooling systems, and they've gone above & beyond in both cases. I was extremely impressed with Paradise Air and am very glad I found them. I have a very old HVAC system they needed some ducts and a condensate pump replaced. They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing. The price was excellent given how much work they had to do in the crawlspace and the extra time they spent with me advising me on how to get as much out of my old system as I could. They weren’t there to try to sell me a new system. They were there to repair what I asked them to at a reasonable price and help me extend the life of my current system. I won’t even think of calling anyone else from now on.

It was impressive that Jonathan provided the fairly evaluation on our existing attic insulation. He is also very knowledgeable about HAVC and Duct work. We don’t need anything now, but we will contact Paradise Heating and Air in the future. Appreciate for their visiting today!

Jonathan and the whole Paradise staff are professional, courteous, and fast. I had a system failure, and they were able to get to me quickly and diagnose the problem. Through Jonathan's research he discovered my system had a warrantied part needing replacement and saved me $1600. I would HIGHLY recommend Jonathan and the Paradise crew and will be using again!

I highly recommend Paradise Heating and Air. I contacted them to give me an estimate on adding more insulation to my attic. They were super responsive. They came out, gave me an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. In a very short time I was on their schedule. They showed up at the time they told me they would and they did a great job!! They even took care of the areas that were leaking heat. They are very personable, great to deal with. I am super pleased.

From the first phone call, I was impressed, I spoke to Jennifer and on a follow up call, I spoke to Gracie. Both are related to the owner Jonathan who came out today and gave me a breakdown and an idea of what is needed and proposed how to go about doing a mini split, which I’m excited to get done, so much so that I wanted to give a review, even before the work begins which I’m sure will be excellent. He recommended a good brand Mitsubishi and explained why he chooses them, giving a very detailed explanation. Jonathan was very personable and efficient and I look forward to the job being completed and future business with this company.

They were great. Came out on a Thursday and looked at my system. Went over all of my options of repairs or replacements. Explained both the advantages and disadvantages of both options in detail so I could make an informed decision. Came back out the following Monday to do the work. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

First of all they are very courteous people. Secondly they gave me an appointment asap and was there right on time in which I was able to keep track of the arrival by text messages. Paradise Heating and Air fixed out upstairs unit by cleaning out the condenser coil and replacing the capacitor. Didn’t no over charge or try to up sell me on anything. Very trustworthy company.

I honestly cannot tell you just how highly I recommend these folks. Five stars are not enough! They are friendly, professional, very competitively priced and a real pleasure to work with. I've had them out twice, once for a split unit in my sunroom and then today for my main unit and both times they did an exceptional job.

Great company to work with AGAIN! The minor issues found were carefully explained and resolved. We setup a biannual service plan to keep this 20 yr old house in tip top shape. This is the company you need to handle your HVAC needs.

I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They are AWESOME!
