Johnathan came out today to look over my system. He went over and beyond to explain things to me. He is an honest and respectful individual. I am happy I was able to find Paradise Heating and Air. Also he installed a brand new thermostat for me. Johnathan saved me so much. Thank you for Paradise Heating and Air.

from the first phone call Paradise has been professional and very easy to work with. Arrived on time, explained the issue and gave an option of repair or replace. Emailed a quote and we decided to replace. They were the lowest estimate. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with the inspection from Paradise H&A for my church. We have an old, HVAC system that parts are no longer available to repair. Jonathan the owner came out personally to check it. He was experienced, friendly, professional, and was very thorough in checking out the furnace, compressors, air handlers and duct system. He gave me a 'ballpark figure' for replacement with several options. He explained the options to me and what would be required for installation. They continue to provide me with great, skilled service for a reasonable price. They're very good about communicating with you and don't mind answering your questions. Still highly recommend. This service was just an extension of last service call due to slow leak in Evap Core of warrantied Goodman A/C which was installed by another vendor 4-5 years ago.

Paradise did a fantastic job! I requested an appointment online, and I had an appointment scheduled for the next day in just a few minutes. I did call to talk with the person that booked the appointment with some questions about pricing and how they charge for the work they would be doing, and she answered all of my questions. They arrived on time, and very quickly identified the issues with the system. They had it repaired and back up and running in no time. They then spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and looking at additional issues I have. I never felt rushed, and they answered all of my questions in detail. They charged me the price they said they would, and the system is back up and running. I will definitely use them again.

Awesome service. I just signed a maintenance agreement with another company and had my HVAC systems serviced. Two weeks later one of my units wasn’t cooling. I called the company that I had a maintenance agreement with and they couldn’t service my units for two weeks. I called Paradise Heating and they fixed my unit that night. Will never use another company again.

How nice is it when someone not only wants your business but goes above and beyond to earn it? That’s Paradise! My issue wasn’t an emergency but the company had a sense of urgency just the same to schedule me quickly, bump my appointment up if I wanted, stay in communication until arrival and tackle the job immediately. They even helped me with another task completely unrelated to the service call just because they saw a need to help. They get all my business now. Please give them yours. You’ll not regret it.

Great company the owner came out on a Saturday and fixed an electrical issue with my hvac system. Amazing service super comfortable with him in my home. I will be using paradise in the future and being a plumber I will refer with bells on…

Great service, would highly recommend To anyone needing heating/ac services. Had several quotes on replacing ac system ,were the lowest by far. Quality ac units , technicians were very Good at explaining everything they were going to do.

My family decided we should try to figure out the heating unit problem at one of our rentals by ourselves. What did we discover? That we are terrible at figuring out or fixing anything related to heating and air conditioning. Since our trip simply made things worse, we decided to reach out to Paradise Heating & Air. Somehow, in only two days, they figured out everything that was wrong, gave us details, and then fixed the heating, electrical and insulation issues, and had the tenants warm again before the incredibly cold weather hit. My HVAC system was installed almost a year ago and it's been a great experience to date. We had a fantastic experience with Paradise! Our unit was out and we were going through the home warranty process with another company. The heat index was over 100 and we couldn’t wait any longer. Paradise came out on a Sunday morning. They provided a quote, ordered the part, and made all the repairs by Monday lunch. They went above and beyond to help our family and was much more reasonable than the other company we were working with for the same repairs. Can’t recommend Paradise enough!

The most honest hvac company I've seen in decades. They had every opportunity to tell me I needed a new unit, I was 100% sure that I did. Its an old unit and could not keep up when it got really hot. Instead they recommended adding insulation in attic and found some broken duct work.

Jennifer at Paradise was professional and so understanding of how uncomfortable and concerned my family was due the heat.
