I would highly recommend Jonathan and Paradise Heating and Air. I called multiple places to get quotes on replacing my two older units. What sets Paradise apart is Jonathan took the time to explain my current system, as well as pricing comparable new systems. Not once did he try and sale me the bells and whistles that did not align with what I was replacing like the other businesses. He was not pushy and his prices can't be beat. You can't go wrong with Paradise Heating and Air and they will be my shop for any HVAC needs moving forward. Thank You for being fair and honest.

Jonathon was amazing and gave so much attention to the cleaning and review of our unit for our spring tuneup appointment. He gave his honest opinion about the status of our HVAC and did not try to offer any unnecessary upgrades or repairs. I immediately signed up for their yearly tune-up package because it saves a little money but also because I really trust them!

I highly recommend Paradise Heating and Air. I contacted them to give me an estimate on adding more insulation to my attic. They were super responsive. They came out, gave me an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. In a very short time I was on their schedule. They showed up at the time they told me they would and they did a great job!! They even took care of the areas that were leaking heat. They are very personable, great to deal with. I am super pleased.

Paradise did a fantastic job! I requested an appointment online, and I had an appointment scheduled for the next day in just a few minutes. I did call to talk with the person that booked the appointment with some questions about pricing and how they charge for the work they would be doing, and she answered all of my questions. They arrived on time, and very quickly identified the issues with the system. They had it repaired and back up and running in no time. They then spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and looking at additional issues I have. I never felt rushed, and they answered all of my questions in detail. They charged me the price they said they would, and the system is back up and running. I will definitely use them again.

We had a fantastic experience with Paradise! Our unit was out and we were going through the home warranty process with another company. The heat index was over 100 and we couldn’t wait any longer. Paradise came out on a Sunday morning. They provided a quote, ordered the part, and made all the repairs by Monday lunch. They went above and beyond to help our family and was much more reasonable than the other company we were working with for the same repairs. Can’t recommend Paradise enough!

I was very pleased with the inspection from Paradise H&A for my church. We have an old, HVAC system that parts are no longer available to repair. Jonathan the owner came out personally to check it. He was experienced, friendly, professional, and was very thorough in checking out the furnace, compressors, air handlers and duct system. He gave me a 'ballpark figure' for replacement with several options. He explained the options to me and what would be required for installation. He explains any issues in detail leaving the decision up to me on whether or not to replace a part. Jonathan takes his time to make sure everything is in good working order before he leaves.He truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend keeping your unit(s) serviced twice a year. Jonathan and Austin showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired our AC unit immediately. The whole thing took less than an hour! They were super personal and professional. I will definitely call them again.

I called paradise the temperature was rising in our home on 105 degree day, called on a Saturday morning and was out that afternoon checking after working pretty late which is great and shows dedication. Fortunately there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning the culprit is being an old house with improper insulation and ventilation in the attic space. Jonathan was very helpful and professional. Always fast to respond and give advice on what to do to help when there is an issue that isn’t related to the HVAC having issues.

Paradise heating and air came out to my place within 30 minutes from the time I called put in a water sensor for the airflow in the attic and replaced the Capacitor for upstairs AC unit, Johnathon was very professional and very honest at first he thought I needed freon for one of my units But after it working for a while, he saw that it didn’t need any he could’ve charged me and I would’ve never known but he didn’t he came in and told the freon levels were OK and just needed time to show the correct pressure level. Also their price were very reasonable. Don’t let the service fee scare you, you’re getting an honest company that will come out and tell you exactly what you need and how much it’s going to cost and if you decide to go with them, that service fee will be included with the work they do.

I was skeptical of filling out an online form for an appointment but was very pleased to get a response in minutes and service to my house within 2 hours of filling out the form. From the very cordial and helpful Paradise employee who answered our after-hours, weekend phone call to the technical service provided by Jonathan and Matthew on Monday - we couldn’t be more pleased. We were informed every step of the way via text of all pertinent information including: scheduled appointment time, tech arrival time with the id’s of technicians who would be performing the work. Jonathan and Matthew arrived five minutes earlier than the one hour scheduled window (no no-shows here), did what they had to do and didn’t use weaponry to determine labor costs. In a land where customers have seemingly been disregarded and led to die, the folks of Paradise have obviously seen themselves and decided to do things a different and better way.

Called numerous places advertising 24/7 assistance and no one could/would help. I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They are AWESOME!

Paradise Heating & Air made getting my air conditioning up and running a priority and actually REALLY showed up earlier than scheduled like they said they would try to. The very nice person that schedules their appointment REALLY did work me in earlier and called me from her car on her way home from work to do it. I couldn’t believe it- customer service in 2024!? Wow. And the owner who serviced my system answered every one of my questions, endured me standing over his shoulder including walking me through how condensation works 😬.
