Evaporative Cooler
An evaporative cooler, also known as a swamp cooler, is a device that lowers air temperature by drawing air through moisture-saturated pads. As the air passes over the wet pads, the water evaporates and absorbs heat, cooling the air. This type of cooling works best in hot, dry climates where humidity levels are low, as evaporative cooling relies on evaporation to be effective. It is an energy-efficient alternative to traditional air conditioning systems, using primarily water and a fan to operate.
