Trustworthy and honest! I'm so thankful for the service I receive from Paradise Heating and Air. I am a repeat customer because I know Jonathan will not try to sell something I do not need. He explains any issues in detail leaving the decision up to me on whether or not to replace a part. Jonathan takes his time to make sure everything is in good working order before he leaves.He truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend keeping your unit(s) serviced twice a year. Paradise Heating and Air fixed out upstairs unit by cleaning out the condenser coil and replacing the capacitor. Didn’t no over charge or try to up sell me on anything. Very trustworthy company.

Jonathan and the whole Paradise staff are professional, courteous, and fast. I had a system failure, and they were able to get to me quickly and diagnose the problem. My unit for upstairs had a major leak in the evaporation coils. Jonathan and Matthew came over and spent an hour here investigating and giving me my options. One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! They could have easily just given us a price for a new unit like everyone else. I appreciate that Paradise put forth the effort to figure out the problem, and saved us THOUSANDS!!!

I was extremely impressed with Paradise Air and am very glad I found them. I have a very old HVAC system they needed some ducts and a condensate pump replaced. They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing. The price was excellent given how much work they had to do in the crawlspace and the extra time they spent with me advising me on how to get as much out of my old system as I could. They weren’t there to try to sell me a new system. They were there to repair what I asked them to at a reasonable price and help me extend the life of my current system. I won’t even think of calling anyone else from now on.
