Burner Orifice

The burner orifice is a small, precisely-sized opening or nozzle in a gas-fired HVAC system, such as a furnace or boiler. Its primary purpose is to control the flow of natural gas or propane as it passes from the gas supply line into the burner assembly. Once the gas flows through the orifice, it combines with air in the mixing chamber to create the proper air-to-fuel ratio for combustion. This process ensures efficient burning of the gas to produce heat.

One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! Paradise answered my call late at night and made me an appointment for first thing in the morning and even showed up early. They crawled under my rental house through the dirt and mud to inform me that my landlord had me living in a dangerous environment. He was upfront and honest about everything and let me know the steps I needed to do to get my family out of this situation.
