First of all they are very courteous people. Secondly they gave me an appointment asap and was there right on time in which I was able to keep track of the arrival by text messages. They diagnosed the problem and it was resolved in less than 30mins. I am truly grateful for Paradise Heating and Air. Thank you for your service. Side note: they chose the best name for the company. I honestly cannot tell you just how highly I recommend these folks. Five stars are not enough! They are friendly, professional, very competitively priced and a real pleasure to work with. I've had them out twice, once for a split unit in my sunroom and then today for my main unit and both times they did an exceptional job.

Not once did he try and sale me the bells and whistles that did not align with what I was replacing like the other businesses. He was not pushy and his prices can't be beat. Jonathan and Austin showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired our AC unit immediately. The whole thing took less than an hour! They were super personal and professional. I will definitely call them again.
They were great. Came out on a Thursday and looked at my system. Went over all of my options of repairs or replacements. Explained both the advantages and disadvantages of both options in detail so I could make an informed decision. Came back out the following Monday to do the work. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Had what I thought was an issue with my furnace at MIDNIGHT and was in a panic trying to decipher what I thought was an error code. Called numerous places advertising 24/7 assistance and no one could/would help. I was extremely impressed with Paradise Air and am very glad I found them. I have a very old HVAC system they needed some ducts and a condensate pump replaced. They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing. The price was excellent given how much work they had to do in the crawlspace and the extra time they spent with me advising me on how to get as much out of my old system as I could. They weren’t there to try to sell me a new system. They were there to repair what I asked them to at a reasonable price and help me extend the life of my current system. I won’t even think of calling anyone else from now on.

This service was just an extension of last service call due to slow leak in Evap Core of warrantied Goodman A/C which was installed by another vendor 4-5 years ago.
