One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! They could have easily just given us a price for a new unit like everyone else. I appreciate that Paradise put forth the effort to figure out the problem, and saved us THOUSANDS!!!

Called Paradise on a Sunday(Father's Day) and got a call back and service/ repair the same day. They explained what was needed and did the necessary repairs. I have a nice cool home again.
My unit was not working and they were working with my relatives. I asked if they would take a look at mine and they did with no problem. They told me what the problem was an within 2 days they had my unit up and running!

We were in dire situation last last summer when our AC system went off with no repair really feasible. We took some time to shop around despite of awful heat in the house. 2025 UPDATE: I needed Jonathan service on Friday, April 3rd. I called his office at 6:40. Jonathan arrived at my home by 2 o’clock that afternoon. Got my unit back up and running in less than an hour. The team at Paradise heating and cooling. Always provide exceptional, customer service and expertise. I highly recommend Paradise Heating and Air. I contacted them to give me an estimate on adding more insulation to my attic. They were super responsive. They came out, gave me an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. In a very short time I was on their schedule. They showed up at the time they told me they would and they did a great job!! They even took care of the areas that were leaking heat. They are very personable, great to deal with. I am super pleased.

We have had Jonathan and his capable team working on our A/c and Heating for several years. They are punctual, well mannered and reasonably priced. The work they have done including an A/C replacement has always been outstanding. First of all they are very courteous people. Secondly they gave me an appointment asap and was there right on time in which I was able to keep track of the arrival by text messages. Johnathan was great! We had a moisture problem in our kitchen cabinets that were on an interior wall. He spent a good amount of time figuring out what was going on, gave us a solution and answered all of our questions. A very good experience!

Our AC was struggling a bit. Had another HVCA company come check it out first. Their recommendation was a whole new replacement unit. Bare minimum a $6000 repair job. Got a second opinion from Jonathan’s company, Paradise. All the unit needed was refrigerant. Saved us thousands !! We would recommend Paradise every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

If only all of our consumer needs were met like the service provided by the team at Paradise Heating and Air. From the very cordial and helpful Paradise employee who answered our after-hours, weekend phone call to the technical service provided by Jonathan and Matthew on Monday - we couldn’t be more pleased. We were informed every step of the way via text of all pertinent information including: scheduled appointment time, tech arrival time with the id’s of technicians who would be performing the work. Jonathan and Matthew arrived five minutes earlier than the one hour scheduled window (no no-shows here), did what they had to do and didn’t use weaponry to determine labor costs. In a land where customers have seemingly been disregarded and led to die, the folks of Paradise have obviously seen themselves and decided to do things a different and better way.
Jonathan came by and discussed my problem with me. He was professional and gave me helpful suggestions. He did not even charge me for his time. It was a pleasure to work with them, please give the company a try.
