A burner used in heating systems that draws all of the air needed for combustion from outside the building, rather than using indoor air. This design helps improve energy efficiency and safety by preventing the use of indoor air for combustion and reducing the risk of backdrafting or carbon monoxide entering the indoor space. Sealed combustion systems are commonly found in modern furnaces and boilers.

I called paradise the temperature was rising in our home on 105 degree day, called on a Saturday morning and was out that afternoon checking after working pretty late which is great and shows dedication. Fortunately there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning the culprit is being an old house with improper insulation and ventilation in the attic space. Jonathan was very helpful and professional. Always fast to respond and give advice on what to do to help when there is an issue that isn’t related to the HVAC having issues.

Awesome service. I just signed a maintenance agreement with another company and had my HVAC systems serviced. Two weeks later one of my units wasn’t cooling. I called the company that I had a maintenance agreement with and they couldn’t service my units for two weeks. I called Paradise Heating and they fixed my unit that night. Will never use another company again.
The crew gave me a detailed explanation of their findings and recommendations and I knew exactly what work needed to be performed and what could be put off for a little while. Super excited to get this 20 year old house all sealed up for the remainder of the summer and the oncoming winter.

Paradise did a fantastic job! I requested an appointment online, and I had an appointment scheduled for the next day in just a few minutes. I did call to talk with the person that booked the appointment with some questions about pricing and how they charge for the work they would be doing, and she answered all of my questions. They arrived on time, and very quickly identified the issues with the system. They had it repaired and back up and running in no time. They then spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and looking at additional issues I have. I never felt rushed, and they answered all of my questions in detail. They charged me the price they said they would, and the system is back up and running. I will definitely use them again.
I want to thank Paradise and Jonathan for being able to come out and help with AC issues. They quoted on a better unit and $ 1,000's of dollars less than the other quote I had received. They will be my first call for all future issues
Paradise heating and air came out to my place within 30 minutes from the time I called put in a water sensor for the airflow in the attic and replaced the Capacitor for upstairs AC unit, Johnathon was very professional and very honest at first he thought I needed freon for one of my units But after it working for a while, he saw that it didn’t need any he could’ve charged me and I would’ve never known but he didn’t he came in and told the freon levels were OK and just needed time to show the correct pressure level. Also their price were very reasonable. Don’t let the service fee scare you, you’re getting an honest company that will come out and tell you exactly what you need and how much it’s going to cost and if you decide to go with them, that service fee will be included with the work they do.
I would definitely recommend this company they were very knowledgeable and a decent price!

Jonathon was amazing and gave so much attention to the cleaning and review of our unit for our spring tuneup appointment. He gave his honest opinion about the status of our HVAC and did not try to offer any unnecessary upgrades or repairs. Paradis Heating and Air is a great company to do business with for any HVAC or Insulation issues. We just bought our first house and are so nervous about trying to find someone honest to do repairs. We knew our house didn’t have much insulation, but didn’t realize that meant it was going to be very cold and drafty. Jonathan came out and spent at least an hour looking at our systems and explaining everything to us. He is very knowledgeable about how air moves through an house and said our heater was fine, it was the lack of insulation. They got us fixed up with new blown-in insulation and roof vents in less than a week, and the house was so much warmer and less drafty! Everyone that works there is very nice and they are really good about communicating when they’ll arrive and showing up on time. We’ve since used them again to fix an air conditioner issue and same great service. I 100% recommend this company and wouldn’t even consider using anyone else!

The most honest hvac company I've seen in decades. They had every opportunity to tell me I needed a new unit, I was 100% sure that I did. Its an old unit and could not keep up when it got really hot. Instead they recommended adding insulation in attic and found some broken duct work.

Jonathon was fantastic! My upstairs unit stopped working, and since there’s no one living up there right now it wasn’t urgent. That being said, he was there within a couple of days. He was very professional and polite. He did a full assessment and gave me a VERY informative run down of the problems and my options. He could have very well told me that my unit was old and had to be replaced. And, that will be the case on day. But he told me what had failed and that he could fix those things. He’s not a fortune teller…so who knows how long this unit will last. All I know is that he had it back and running perfect quickly! And, it was a lot less than buying a new unit. He truly cares about the customer and their needs. I won’t hesitate to call him again!
