I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They are AWESOME!

I was extremely impressed with Paradise Air and am very glad I found them. I have a very old HVAC system they needed some ducts and a condensate pump replaced. They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing. The price was excellent given how much work they had to do in the crawlspace and the extra time they spent with me advising me on how to get as much out of my old system as I could. They weren’t there to try to sell me a new system. They were there to repair what I asked them to at a reasonable price and help me extend the life of my current system. I won’t even think of calling anyone else from now on.

He explains any issues in detail leaving the decision up to me on whether or not to replace a part. Called Paradise on a Sunday(Father's Day) and got a call back and service/ repair the same day. They explained what was needed and did the necessary repairs. I have a nice cool home again.

Paradise Heating and Air fixed out upstairs unit by cleaning out the condenser coil and replacing the capacitor. Didn’t no over charge or try to up sell me on anything. Very trustworthy company.

First of all they are very courteous people. Secondly they gave me an appointment asap and was there right on time in which I was able to keep track of the arrival by text messages. We've been doing a complete renovation of our family home of 30 years to sell and retire. We also needed to make sure we had adequate insulation and have the ductwork inspected. I called Paradise Heating and Air, and found that this was a service they could provide. They were very responsive. I had an estimate within a few days and the job completed the following week. They fixed anything that could become a problem and blew in the amount of insulation to meet the current Hoover building code. Jonathan was so friendly, explained everything that was done and the cost was very reasonable. In fact he talked me out of insulating an area that wasn't really needed!!! I couldn't be happier with the service, and feel good that everything is secure and to code. I highly recommend Jonathan and Paradise Heating and Air!!

They were great. Came out on a Thursday and looked at my system. Went over all of my options of repairs or replacements. Explained both the advantages and disadvantages of both options in detail so I could make an informed decision. Came back out the following Monday to do the work. My unit was not working and they were working with my relatives. I asked if they would take a look at mine and they did with no problem. They told me what the problem was an within 2 days they had my unit up and running!

From the very cordial and helpful Paradise employee who answered our after-hours, weekend phone call to the technical service provided by Jonathan and Matthew on Monday - we couldn’t be more pleased. We were informed every step of the way via text of all pertinent information including: scheduled appointment time, tech arrival time with the id’s of technicians who would be performing the work. Jonathan and Matthew arrived five minutes earlier than the one hour scheduled window (no no-shows here), did what they had to do and didn’t use weaponry to determine labor costs. In a land where customers have seemingly been disregarded and led to die, the folks of Paradise have obviously seen themselves and decided to do things a different and better way.
