Electronic Air Cleaner

Electronic air cleaners, also known as ionizers or electronic air purifiers, are devices used in HVAC systems to remove airborne contaminants. These cleaners work by charging particles in the air as it passes through the system. The charged particles are then attracted to oppositely charged collector plates or filters inside the cleaner, effectively trapping harmful pollutants like dust, pollen, mold spores, and smoke. This process helps improve indoor air quality by preventing these particles from recirculating throughout your home.

One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! 2025 UPDATE: I needed Jonathan service on Friday, April 3rd. I called his office at 6:40. Jonathan arrived at my home by 2 o’clock that afternoon. I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They are AWESOME!
