Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) measures how efficiently an air conditioning system or heat pump cools over an entire cooling season. It is calculated by dividing the total cooling output (in BTUs) over the season by the total energy consumed (in watt-hours). A higher SEER rating means the system is more energy-efficient, resulting in lower energy costs for the same amount of cooling. Modern HVAC systems typically have a SEER rating that ranges from 13 to 25, depending on the model and efficiency standards.

Paradise answered my call late at night and made me an appointment for first thing in the morning and even showed up early. They crawled under my rental house through the dirt and mud to inform me that my landlord had me living in a dangerous environment. He was upfront and honest about everything and let me know the steps I needed to do to get my family out of this situation. If only all of our consumer needs were met like the service provided by the team at Paradise Heating and Air. From the very cordial and helpful Paradise employee who answered our after-hours, weekend phone call to the technical service provided by Jonathan and Matthew on Monday - we couldn’t be more pleased. We were informed every step of the way via text of all pertinent information including: scheduled appointment time, tech arrival time with the id’s of technicians who would be performing the work. Jonathan and Matthew arrived five minutes earlier than the one hour scheduled window (no no-shows here), did what they had to do and didn’t use weaponry to determine labor costs. In a land where customers have seemingly been disregarded and led to die, the folks of Paradise have obviously seen themselves and decided to do things a different and better way.
