Paradise heating and air came out to my place within 30 minutes from the time I called put in a water sensor for the airflow in the attic and replaced the Capacitor for upstairs AC unit, Johnathon was very professional and very honest at first he thought I needed freon for one of my units But after it working for a while, he saw that it didn’t need any he could’ve charged me and I would’ve never known but he didn’t he came in and told the freon levels were OK and just needed time to show the correct pressure level. Also their price were very reasonable. Don’t let the service fee scare you, you’re getting an honest company that will come out and tell you exactly what you need and how much it’s going to cost and if you decide to go with them, that service fee will be included with the work they do.
I was fortunately able to get an appointment for the next day. Jonathan & Austin were prompt and kept me advised of their arrival. They quickly found the problem with my "heat" and were able to fix it without problems. They were very friendly and professional, and I felt that their pricing was fair and reasonable. I called paradise the temperature was rising in our home on 105 degree day, called on a Saturday morning and was out that afternoon checking after working pretty late which is great and shows dedication. Fortunately there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning the culprit is being an old house with improper insulation and ventilation in the attic space. Jonathan was very helpful and professional. Always fast to respond and give advice on what to do to help when there is an issue that isn’t related to the HVAC having issues.

I was very pleased with the inspection from Paradise H&A for my church. We have an old, HVAC system that parts are no longer available to repair. Jonathan the owner came out personally to check it. He was experienced, friendly, professional, and was very thorough in checking out the furnace, compressors, air handlers and duct system. He gave me a 'ballpark figure' for replacement with several options. He explained the options to me and what would be required for installation. Our Condo AC unit was leaking through attic, made online request to Paradise Heating and Voila! within 5 minutes my request was answered and a service was scheduled. Mr. Jonathan and his assistant Mr. Matt showed up before their scheduled time and did an outstanding job. They both were very professional and kind. Mr. Jonathan is a true American technical craftsman, he was quick to identify the problem and fix it in no time. During this time, one of my neighboring Condo owner requested him to look at his AC unit as it wasn't cooling or working properly and Mr. Jonathan agreed to look at it and fixed it. The price was more than reasonable for me and Mr. Jonathan told my neighbor that he will waive the service fee because they were already there to fix mine which saved him money and made him very happy. Jonathan and Matthew arrived five minutes earlier than the one hour scheduled window (no no-shows here), did what they had to do and didn’t use weaponry to determine labor costs. In a land where customers have seemingly been disregarded and led to die, the folks of Paradise have obviously seen themselves and decided to do things a different and better way.

A/C drains clogged and were draining into the basement. Put request in on line at 8 PM and response was great. Work crew responded 7 AM and work repair was done quickly. Great service.

He explains any issues in detail leaving the decision up to me on whether or not to replace a part. 2025 UPDATE: I needed Jonathan service on Friday, April 3rd. I called his office at 6:40. Jonathan arrived at my home by 2 o’clock that afternoon. Got my unit back up and running in less than an hour. The team at Paradise heating and cooling. Always provide exceptional, customer service and expertise. Awesome service. I just signed a maintenance agreement with another company and had my HVAC systems serviced. Two weeks later one of my units wasn’t cooling. I called the company that I had a maintenance agreement with and they couldn’t service my units for two weeks. I called Paradise Heating and they fixed my unit that night. Will never use another company again.

Paradise Heating & Air made getting my air conditioning up and running a priority and actually REALLY showed up earlier than scheduled like they said they would try to. The very nice person that schedules their appointment REALLY did work me in earlier and called me from her car on her way home from work to do it. I couldn’t believe it- customer service in 2024!? Wow. And the owner who serviced my system answered every one of my questions, endured me standing over his shoulder including walking me through how condensation works 😬. I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.
