They came out, gave me an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. In a very short time I was on their schedule. They showed up at the time they told me they would and they did a great job!! They even took care of the areas that were leaking heat. They are very personable, great to deal with. I am super pleased.

Would highly recommend this company. Jonathan is an honest guy and gave me a fair price to repair what someone else wanted to completely replace (for a lot more money). He also gave me a replacement price that was much less than my other quote.

2025 UPDATE: I needed Jonathan service on Friday, April 3rd. I called his office at 6:40. Jonathan arrived at my home by 2 o’clock that afternoon. Got my unit back up and running in less than an hour. The team at Paradise heating and cooling. Always provide exceptional, customer service and expertise. Paradise Heating & Air made getting my air conditioning up and running a priority and actually REALLY showed up earlier than scheduled like they said they would try to. The very nice person that schedules their appointment REALLY did work me in earlier and called me from her car on her way home from work to do it. I couldn’t believe it- customer service in 2024!? Wow. And the owner who serviced my system answered every one of my questions, endured me standing over his shoulder including walking me through how condensation works 😬. The most honest hvac company I've seen in decades. They had every opportunity to tell me I needed a new unit, I was 100% sure that I did. Its an old unit and could not keep up when it got really hot. Instead they recommended adding insulation in attic and found some broken duct work.

We so appreciate the quick and friendly service we received, where our air conditioning was fixed with a major issue before anyone else even would have been able to come out to evaluate! Had what I thought was an issue with my furnace at MIDNIGHT and was in a panic trying to decipher what I thought was an error code. Called numerous places advertising 24/7 assistance and no one could/would help. Jonathan Perkinson with Paradise actually called me back, explained it all to me and kept me from shutting it all down on a cold night. So kind and helpful!!! Highly recommended!
