Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) is a standardized measure of how efficiently a gas furnace or boiler converts fuel into usable heat over an entire heating season. The efficiency is expressed as a percentage, representing the amount of fuel energy that is actually converted into heat versus the portion that is lost during combustion or through the exhaust. For example, an AFUE rating of 90% means that 90% of the fuel is converted into heat for your home, while the remaining 10% is lost.

We've been doing a complete renovation of our family home of 30 years to sell and retire. We also needed to make sure we had adequate insulation and have the ductwork inspected. I called Paradise Heating and Air, and found that this was a service they could provide. They were very responsive. I had an estimate within a few days and the job completed the following week. They fixed anything that could become a problem and blew in the amount of insulation to meet the current Hoover building code. Jonathan was so friendly, explained everything that was done and the cost was very reasonable. In fact he talked me out of insulating an area that wasn't really needed!!! One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!!
