Trustworthy and honest! I'm so thankful for the service I receive from Paradise Heating and Air. I am a repeat customer because I know Jonathan will not try to sell something I do not need. He explains any issues in detail leaving the decision up to me on whether or not to replace a part. Jonathan takes his time to make sure everything is in good working order before he leaves.He truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend keeping your unit(s) serviced twice a year. Awesome service. I just signed a maintenance agreement with another company and had my HVAC systems serviced. Two weeks later one of my units wasn’t cooling. I called the company that I had a maintenance agreement with and they couldn’t service my units for two weeks. I called Paradise Heating and they fixed my unit that night. Jonathon was fantastic! My upstairs unit stopped working, and since there’s no one living up there right now it wasn’t urgent. That being said, he was there within a couple of days. He was very professional and polite. He did a full assessment and gave me a VERY informative run down of the problems and my options. He could have very well told me that my unit was old and had to be replaced. And, that will be the case on day. But he told me what had failed and that he could fix those things. He’s not a fortune teller…so who knows how long this unit will last. All I know is that he had it back and running perfect quickly! And, it was a lot less than buying a new unit. He truly cares about the customer and their needs. I won’t hesitate to call him again!
