IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) refers to the quality of the air inside a building or home, influenced by factors like temperature, humidity, ventilation, and the presence of pollutants such as dust, mold, pet dander, chemicals, and harmful gases. It directly impacts the health, well-being, and comfort of occupants. Good IAQ is achieved through proper ventilation, air filtration, and maintaining a healthy balance of humidity and cleanliness in the indoor environment.

2025 UPDATE: I needed Jonathan service on Friday, April 3rd. I called his office at 6:40. Jonathan arrived at my home by 2 o’clock that afternoon. We've been doing a complete renovation of our family home of 30 years to sell and retire. We also needed to make sure we had adequate insulation and have the ductwork inspected. I called Paradise Heating and Air, and found that this was a service they could provide. They were very responsive. I had an estimate within a few days and the job completed the following week. They fixed anything that could become a problem and blew in the amount of insulation to meet the current Hoover building code. Jonathan was so friendly, explained everything that was done and the cost was very reasonable. In fact he talked me out of insulating an area that wasn't really needed!!! They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing. The price was excellent given how much work they had to do in the crawlspace and the extra time they spent with me advising me on how to get as much out of my old system as I could. They weren’t there to try to sell me a new system. They were there to repair what I asked them to at a reasonable price and help me extend the life of my current system.
