Jonathon was fantastic! My upstairs unit stopped working, and since there’s no one living up there right now it wasn’t urgent. That being said, he was there within a couple of days. He was very professional and polite. He did a full assessment and gave me a VERY informative run down of the problems and my options. He could have very well told me that my unit was old and had to be replaced. And, that will be the case on day. But he told me what had failed and that he could fix those things. He’s not a fortune teller…so who knows how long this unit will last. All I know is that he had it back and running perfect quickly! And, it was a lot less than buying a new unit. He truly cares about the customer and their needs. I won’t hesitate to call him again!

Paradise heating and air came out to my place within 30 minutes from the time I called put in a water sensor for the airflow in the attic and replaced the Capacitor for upstairs AC unit, Johnathon was very professional and very honest at first he thought I needed freon for one of my units But after it working for a while, he saw that it didn’t need any he could’ve charged me and I would’ve never known but he didn’t he came in and told the freon levels were OK and just needed time to show the correct pressure level. Also their price were very reasonable. Don’t let the service fee scare you, you’re getting an honest company that will come out and tell you exactly what you need and how much it’s going to cost and if you decide to go with them, that service fee will be included with the work they do.

I called paradise the temperature was rising in our home on 105 degree day, called on a Saturday morning and was out that afternoon checking after working pretty late which is great and shows dedication. Fortunately there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning the culprit is being an old house with improper insulation and ventilation in the attic space. Jonathan was very helpful and professional. Always fast to respond and give advice on what to do to help when there is an issue that isn’t related to the HVAC having issues.
I was very pleased with the inspection from Paradise H&A for my church. We have an old, HVAC system that parts are no longer available to repair. Jonathan the owner came out personally to check it. He was experienced, friendly, professional, and was very thorough in checking out the furnace, compressors, air handlers and duct system. He gave me a 'ballpark figure' for replacement with several options. He explained the options to me and what would be required for installation. Paradise did a fantastic job! I requested an appointment online, and I had an appointment scheduled for the next day in just a few minutes. I did call to talk with the person that booked the appointment with some questions about pricing and how they charge for the work they would be doing, and she answered all of my questions. They arrived on time, and very quickly identified the issues with the system. They had it repaired and back up and running in no time. They then spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and looking at additional issues I have. I never felt rushed, and they answered all of my questions in detail. They charged me the price they said they would, and the system is back up and running. I will definitely use them again.

Paradis Heating and Air is a great company to do business with for any HVAC or Insulation issues. We just bought our first house and are so nervous about trying to find someone honest to do repairs. We knew our house didn’t have much insulation, but didn’t realize that meant it was going to be very cold and drafty. Jonathan came out and spent at least an hour looking at our systems and explaining everything to us. He is very knowledgeable about how air moves through an house and said our heater was fine, it was the lack of insulation. They got us fixed up with new blown-in insulation and roof vents in less than a week, and the house was so much warmer and less drafty! Everyone that works there is very nice and they are really good about communicating when they’ll arrive and showing up on time. We’ve since used them again to fix an air conditioner issue and same great service. I 100% recommend this company and wouldn’t even consider using anyone else!

We had a fantastic experience with Paradise! Our unit was out and we were going through the home warranty process with another company. The heat index was over 100 and we couldn’t wait any longer. Paradise came out on a Sunday morning. They provided a quote, ordered the part, and made all the repairs by Monday lunch. They went above and beyond to help our family and was much more reasonable than the other company we were working with for the same repairs. Can’t recommend Paradise enough!

Our Condo AC unit was leaking through attic, made online request to Paradise Heating and Voila! within 5 minutes my request was answered and a service was scheduled. Mr. Jonathan and his assistant Mr. Matt showed up before their scheduled time and did an outstanding job. They both were very professional and kind. Mr. Jonathan is a true American technical craftsman, he was quick to identify the problem and fix it in no time. During this time, one of my neighboring Condo owner requested him to look at his AC unit as it wasn't cooling or working properly and Mr. Jonathan agreed to look at it and fixed it. The price was more than reasonable for me and Mr. Jonathan told my neighbor that he will waive the service fee because they were already there to fix mine which saved him money and made him very happy.
