just left us a 5 star review
Love their service. They are very prompt and courteous. They get any issues resolved immediately and are amazing to work with!
Jonathan and his staff were very communicative! Would highly recommend.
Awesome customer service. Exceeded my expectations compared to past experiences with different companies
First of all they are very courteous people. Secondly they gave me an appointment asap and was there right on time in which I was able to keep track of the arrival by text messages. They diagnosed the problem and it was resolved in less than 30mins. I am truly grateful for Paradise Heating and Air. Thank you for your service. Side note: they chose the best name for the company. I was in Paradise after the repair lol
Excellent company! Jonathan and Matt were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. They had my HVAC system replaced in 4 hours! If my other unit ever bites the dust, they will be the ones I call for a new one!! I highly recommend them.
Jonathon and Christian did an excellent job! We would recommend them highly!
My unit for upstairs had a major leak in the evaporation coils. Jonathan and Matthew came over and spent an hour here investigating and giving me my options. I decided to replace the whole unit and they were here on a Saturday replacing the unit. The knowledge that Jonathan possessed was second to none. The experience was excellent I will be using them again and I highly recommend them.
We were very pleased with the service we received! The men were knowledgeable, honest, and timely. We would HIGHLY recommend this service!
Explained options in detail in a way that I easily understood. No pressure to do unnecessary work. Very nice and professional team.
One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! They could have easily just given us a price for a new unit like everyone else. I appreciate that Paradise put forth the effort to figure out the problem, and saved us THOUSANDS!!!
Jonathon provides excellent service! Shows up on time, no mess, good at explaining the problem and does high quality work.
I was extremely impressed with Paradise Air and am very glad I found them. I have a very old HVAC system they needed some ducts and a condensate pump replaced. They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing. The price was excellent given how much work they had to do in the crawlspace and the extra time they spent with me advising me on how to get as much out of my old system as I could. They weren’t there to try to sell me a new system. They were there to repair what I asked them to at a reasonable price and help me extend the life of my current system. I won’t even think of calling anyone else from now on.
Johnathan and Matt very knowledgeable and professional. Addressed my problem and fixed at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
I honestly cannot tell you just how highly I recommend these folks. Five stars are not enough! They are friendly, professional, very competitively priced and a real pleasure to work with. I've had them out twice, once for a split unit in my sunroom and then today for my main unit and both times they did an exceptional job.
Great service, assessed the issue in no time. Discussed all available options, extremely professional and friendly . Appreciated the help. Provided the best price .
Jonathan was great to work with. He came within a couple of hours after I called at around 4pm. and had us operational around 12 the next day (because he didn’t have a motor for my condensor and had to get one the next day). Will definitely use him again.
Tech was on time, very professional, courteous, knowledgeable addressed my concerns about the system. Will definitely be recommending Paradise Heating and Air.
Jonathan was fantastic to work with! We had multiple quotes and opinions on some work we needed to get done and his recommendations and quote came in best and he had some recommendations others did not make that make us feel like he really cared about doing the right thing and really inspected our hvac situation. Jennifer and Gracie were also stellar! Will call them back and recommend to our friends!
Amazing service and very helpful as well as willing to inform me of what was going on.
Fast on time & courteous
Jonathan has serviced our AC unit for many years and I continue to trust his expertise. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an honest and fair HVAC company.
He was on time and got the insulation job done quickly. I had contracted with another company who no-showed twice, so being able to call Paradise and get it done within a short time was great.
We've been doing a complete renovation of our family home of 30 years to sell and retire. We also needed to make sure we had adequate insulation and have the ductwork inspected. I called Paradise Heating and Air, and found that this was a service they could provide. They were very responsive. I had an estimate within a few days and the job completed the following week. They fixed anything that could become a problem and blew in the amount of insulation to meet the current Hoover building code. Jonathan was so friendly, explained everything that was done and the cost was very reasonable. In fact he talked me out of insulating an area that wasn't really needed!!! I couldn't be happier with the service, and feel good that everything is secure and to code. I highly recommend Jonathan and Paradise Heating and Air!!
Jonathan provided another on-time, courteous and professional annual maintenance service call. Paradise Heating and Air provides great service at a great value.
Routine service plus setting changes plus education plus rec's for the future. Spent much more time than normal to satisfy my real needs.
Great service, price, and quality workmanship! Highly recommend! I will use them again.
5 stars! Look nowhere else for all of heating and cooling needs. Jonathan is amazing - experienced, reasonable and reliable. Look nowhere else!
Did a very thorough job of servicing my system. Will use again.
Jonathan was nothing more than stellar. Very engaging as well as very knowledgeable at his profession. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services.
If you are having any HVAC issues please do not hesitate to call Paradise Heating and Air. Mr. Jonathan and his team were quick and provided answers to all my questions. I appreciate how quick they came out and fixed my issue being that we have had some extremely hot temperatures lately. I look forward to working with them in the future. I will be recommending them to anyone who has an issue. Thanks again to Paradise Heating and Air.
Jonathan and team are hands down the best folks I have ever worked with in the home services industry. Reasonable prices, high quality work, great communication and responsiveness, 5 stars all around. Highly recommend.
Jonathan did a great job. Highly recommended.
Johnathan and his son came out quickly and repaired my air conditioner. He explained very clearly what the issue was and temporarily fixed my air while we waited on the warranty part from the manufacturer. Service and hospitality was excellent!
I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They are AWESOME!
We had Jonathan out to service our unit today. The service was quick and efficient! Jonathan’s experience speaks for itself! We highly recommend Paradise Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs. Trevor and Edna Cumbee-Montieth Hoover, AL
Wonderful
Good service.
These guys got the job done! Came in did not try to sell me a unit but fixed my existing unit and I appreciate them so much bc it was the hottest day of the year and my unit was completely out. I recommend 💯
Jonathan and the Paradise team are the best. In my 50 yrs of home ownership, I haven't had anyone I've trusted more. My wife and I downsized recently, and Jonathan helped us upgrade old to new heating & air units, including thermostats and attic insulation. Paradise Heating & Air is a great company... glad we found them years ago.
Jonathan was very professional and knowledgeable, with a great personality. I will be doing business in the future with his company. I immediately signed up with the company’s annual service plan.
Honest and kind. Gave incredible price for work completed. Called and was able to come earlier than expected! Cannot recommend enough
Has spring service. Right on time, got it in good shape. Professional. Highly recommend!
Jonathan and his crew are always quick to respond and on time. They always help me to understand what is going on with our AC and heating units. I get a concise explanation of what needs to be done. I have always gotten an honest answer about my current units and I have never gotten any pressure to replace the equipment that did not need replacing. It feels great to be able to trust the information you get from the people looking after your HVAC equipment, and that is what we get from Paradise. T. Marvin
Jon showed up as planned and committed to. A big plus was that he had the components on his truck to fix the broken part. Had my heat running after a 1 hour service call. Yes, I would recommend Paradise Heating and Air ...5 Star rec.
We have had Jonathan and his capable team working on our A/c and Heating for several years. They are punctual, well mannered and reasonably priced. The work they have done including an A/C replacement has always been outstanding. Plus, we have appreciated their problem solving skills in helping our remaining old units get along from year to year. We are so grateful to have them a phone call away!
Very prompt, respectful, thorough, and didn’t break the bank.
