Check Valve
A check valve is a device used in HVAC systems that allows fluids, like air, water, or refrigerant, to flow in only one direction and prevents them from flowing backward. It works automatically, using internal parts like a disc or ball that move to either block or allow flow, depending on the pressure in the system. These valves help protect equipment and maintain proper operation by making sure fluids always move the right way.
