Heating Seasonal Performance Factor. This is a measure of how efficiently a heat pump provides heating over an entire heating season. It is calculated by dividing the total heating output (measured in BTUs) by the total electricity consumed (measured in watt-hours) during the same period. A higher HSPF rating indicates a more efficient heat pump. This rating is commonly used to compare the energy efficiency of different heat pump models. For context, an HSPF of 8 or above is generally considered good efficiency for modern heat pumps.

Paradise answered my call late at night and made me an appointment for first thing in the morning and even showed up early.
