They crawled under my rental house through the dirt and mud to inform me that my landlord had me living in a dangerous environment. He was upfront and honest about everything and let me know the steps I needed to do to get my family out of this situation. Update: May 2026 Paradise came and serviced my business and home this week per the service agreement I asked them to sign me up for. Excellent trustworthy people and processes yields a top level result. You can trust them too. Call them and see what I mean. From the first phone call, I was impressed, I spoke to Jennifer and on a follow up call, I spoke to Gracie. Both are related to the owner Jonathan who came out today and gave me a breakdown and an idea of what is needed and proposed how to go about doing a mini split, which I’m excited to get done, so much so that I wanted to give a review, even before the work begins which I’m sure will be excellent. He recommended a good brand Mitsubishi and explained why he chooses them, giving a very detailed explanation. Jonathan was very personable and efficient and I look forward to the job being completed and future business with this company.

Johnathan and his son were excellent in installing a new hvac system in our home we had to have redone. They also fixed our upstairs unit and blew new insulation in our attic. They kept our home cleaned up as well. Great communication, very prompt and super friendly. We are so happy we found them!

We recently bought a home and right away one of the AC units failed. Of course it was after hours (do AC units ever fail not after hours?). We've been doing a complete renovation of our family home of 30 years to sell and retire. We also needed to make sure we had adequate insulation and have the ductwork inspected. I called Paradise Heating and Air, and found that this was a service they could provide. They were very responsive. I had an estimate within a few days and the job completed the following week. They fixed anything that could become a problem and blew in the amount of insulation to meet the current Hoover building code. Jonathan was so friendly, explained everything that was done and the cost was very reasonable. In fact he talked me out of insulating an area that wasn't really needed!!! I couldn't be happier with the service, and feel good that everything is secure and to code. I highly recommend Jonathan and Paradise Heating and Air!!

One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! They could have easily just given us a price for a new unit like everyone else. I appreciate that Paradise put forth the effort to figure out the problem, and saved us THOUSANDS!!!

Jonathan was great to work with. He came within a couple of hours after I called at around 4pm. and had us operational around 12 the next day (because he didn’t have a motor for my condensor and had to get one the next day). Will definitely use him again.
