Called Paradise on a Sunday(Father's Day) and got a call back and service/ repair the same day. They explained what was needed and did the necessary repairs. I have a nice cool home again.
Jonathan was fantastic to work with! We had multiple quotes and opinions on some work we needed to get done and his recommendations and quote came in best and he had some recommendations others did not make that make us feel like he really cared about doing the right thing and really inspected our hvac situation. Jennifer and Gracie were also stellar! Will call them back and recommend to our friends!
First of all they are very courteous people. Secondly they gave me an appointment asap and was there right on time in which I was able to keep track of the arrival by text messages. They diagnosed the problem and it was resolved in less than 30mins. I am truly grateful for Paradise Heating and Air. Thank you for your service. Side note: they chose the best name for the company. I was in Paradise after the repair lol
Jonathan was great to work with. He came within a couple of hours after I called at around 4pm. and had us operational around 12 the next day (because he didn’t have a motor for my condensor and had to get one the next day). Will definitely use him again.

Excellent company! Jonathan and Matt were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. They had my HVAC system replaced in 4 hours! If my other unit ever bites the dust, they will be the ones I call for a new one!! I highly recommend them.
We have had Jonathan and his capable team working on our A/c and Heating for several years. They are punctual, well mannered and reasonably priced. The work they have done including an A/C replacement has always been outstanding. Paradise answered my call late at night and made me an appointment for first thing in the morning and even showed up early. They crawled under my rental house through the dirt and mud to inform me that my landlord had me living in a dangerous environment. He was upfront and honest about everything and let me know the steps I needed to do to get my family out of this situation. No bandaid fixes from these guys, they do things in a professional manner and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend!

Jonathan and his helper were awesome. Keeping us informed as to what they were doing as they replaced our heating and air units. They were pleasant to have around and did a great job. They not only left the areas clean they hauled off all the old equipment. We would highly recommended them to everyone.

They were great. Came out on a Thursday and looked at my system. Went over all of my options of repairs or replacements. Explained both the advantages and disadvantages of both options in detail so I could make an informed decision. Came back out the following Monday to do the work. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Paradise has become our go-to HVAC company. We have used them for several smaller repairs and they always provides a reasonable price and didn’t try to upsell replacing our 30 year old unit before we were ready. Then, when we were finally ready to replace our unit we got quotes from Paradise and several other companies. We've been doing a complete renovation of our family home of 30 years to sell and retire. We also needed to make sure we had adequate insulation and have the ductwork inspected. I called Paradise Heating and Air, and found that this was a service they could provide. They were very responsive. I had an estimate within a few days and the job completed the following week. They fixed anything that could become a problem and blew in the amount of insulation to meet the current Hoover building code. Jonathan was so friendly, explained everything that was done and the cost was very reasonable. In fact he talked me out of insulating an area that wasn't really needed!!! I couldn't be happier with the service, and feel good that everything is secure and to code. I highly recommend Jonathan and Paradise Heating and Air!!

One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! They could have easily just given us a price for a new unit like everyone else. I appreciate that Paradise put forth the effort to figure out the problem, and saved us THOUSANDS!!!
Great company to work with AGAIN! The minor issues found were carefully explained and resolved. We setup a biannual service plan to keep this 20 yr old house in tip top shape. This is the company you need to handle your HVAC needs.
