Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) is an advanced HVAC technology that provides precise control over heating and cooling in different areas or rooms of a building, known as zones. It works by using a single outdoor unit connected to multiple indoor units, where the system regulates the amount of refrigerant flowing to each indoor unit based on the specific cooling or heating needs of each zone. This allows for individualized temperature control, energy efficiency, and the ability to simultaneously heat and cool different areas if necessary.

2025 UPDATE: I needed Jonathan service on Friday, April 3rd. I called his office at 6:40. Jonathan arrived at my home by 2 o’clock that afternoon. One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! Paradise answered my call late at night and made me an appointment for first thing in the morning and even showed up early. They crawled under my rental house through the dirt and mud to inform me that my landlord had me living in a dangerous environment.
