Condensate

In HVAC systems, condensate refers to water that forms as a byproduct of cooling or dehumidification processes. When warm, humid air comes into contact with the cold surfaces of the evaporator coil, the moisture in the air condenses into liquid water droplets. This happens because the temperature of the air drops below its dew point, causing the water vapor to convert into liquid form. The condensate is usually collected in a drip pan and drained away through a condensate line to prevent water damage and maintain efficient system operation.

I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They are AWESOME!

Our AC was struggling a bit. Had another HVCA company come check it out first. Their recommendation was a whole new replacement unit. Bare minimum a $6000 repair job. Paradise answered my call late at night and made me an appointment for first thing in the morning and even showed up early. They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing.
