If only all of our consumer needs were met like the service provided by the team at Paradise Heating and Air. From the very cordial and helpful Paradise employee who answered our after-hours, weekend phone call to the technical service provided by Jonathan and Matthew on Monday - we couldn’t be more pleased. We were informed every step of the way via text of all pertinent information including: scheduled appointment time, tech arrival time with the id’s of technicians who would be performing the work. Jonathan and Matthew arrived five minutes earlier than the one hour scheduled window (no no-shows here), did what they had to do and didn’t use weaponry to determine labor costs. In a land where customers have seemingly been disregarded and led to die, the folks of Paradise have obviously seen themselves and decided to do things a different and better way.

Jon showed up as planned and committed to. A big plus was that he had the components on his truck to fix the broken part. Had my heat running after a 1 hour service call. Yes, I would recommend Paradise Heating and Air ...5 Star rec.

I had paradise come out to get me started with their paradise maintenance package, and had them take a look at my attic because we had concerns with our insulation not being adequate. They didn’t try to over sell work I didn’t need, and were honest with what exactly was needed to get us back on track. Techs Jonathan and Matthew came out for the initial inspection and service and came back to do the attic insulation. They were patient and knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions) and took their time. They found all the places that my system was leaking (out and in) air, fixed them, and then filled the attic. They kept the house clean and were respectful and had great attitudes the entire time. They have definitely earned my business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They are AWESOME!

Our Condo AC unit was leaking through attic, made online request to Paradise Heating and Voila! within 5 minutes my request was answered and a service was scheduled. Mr. Jonathan and his assistant Mr. Matt showed up before their scheduled time and did an outstanding job. They both were very professional and kind. Mr. Jonathan is a true American technical craftsman, he was quick to identify the problem and fix it in no time. During this time, one of my neighboring Condo owner requested him to look at his AC unit as it wasn't cooling or working properly and Mr. Jonathan agreed to look at it and fixed it. The price was more than reasonable for me and Mr. Jonathan told my neighbor that he will waive the service fee because they were already there to fix mine which saved him money and made him very happy. I don't think I have seen anyone this professional and reasonable in last couple of decades. I wish everyone at Paradise Heating the best in this world. God Bless!

Would highly recommend this company. Jonathan is an honest guy and gave me a fair price to repair what someone else wanted to completely replace (for a lot more money). He also gave me a replacement price that was much less than my other quote.

A/C drains clogged and were draining into the basement. Put request in on line at 8 PM and response was great. Work crew responded 7 AM and work repair was done quickly. Great service.

Jennifer at Paradise was professional and so understanding of how uncomfortable and concerned my family was due the heat. Paradise Heating & Air made getting my air conditioning up and running a priority and actually REALLY showed up earlier than scheduled like they said they would try to. The very nice person that schedules their appointment REALLY did work me in earlier and called me from her car on her way home from work to do it. I couldn’t believe it- customer service in 2024!? Wow. And the owner who serviced my system answered every one of my questions, endured me standing over his shoulder including walking me through how condensation works 😬. Paradise did a fantastic job! I requested an appointment online, and I had an appointment scheduled for the next day in just a few minutes. I did call to talk with the person that booked the appointment with some questions about pricing and how they charge for the work they would be doing, and she answered all of my questions. They arrived on time, and very quickly identified the issues with the system. They had it repaired and back up and running in no time. They then spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and looking at additional issues I have. I never felt rushed, and they answered all of my questions in detail. They charged me the price they said they would, and the system is back up and running. I will definitely use them again.
