Jonathan and the guys did a fast and efficient job fixing our ac. Always a worry when it goes out at the start of summer in Alabama. They were great. Came out on a Thursday and looked at my system. Went over all of my options of repairs or replacements. Explained both the advantages and disadvantages of both options in detail so I could make an informed decision. Came back out the following Monday to do the work. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I was extremely impressed with Paradise Air and am very glad I found them. I have a very old HVAC system they needed some ducts and a condensate pump replaced. They were extremely thorough and clearly explained everything they planned on doing. The price was excellent given how much work they had to do in the crawlspace and the extra time they spent with me advising me on how to get as much out of my old system as I could. They weren’t there to try to sell me a new system. They were there to repair what I asked them to at a reasonable price and help me extend the life of my current system. I won’t even think of calling anyone else from now on.
I honestly cannot tell you just how highly I recommend these folks. Five stars are not enough! They are friendly, professional, very competitively priced and a real pleasure to work with. I've had them out twice, once for a split unit in my sunroom and then today for my main unit and both times they did an exceptional job.

One of our AC units decided to give up, or so we thought. We had several companies come out and give us a quote to replace our unit, all exceeding $13k. Paradise came out, and instead of just giving a price to replace it, they asked if they could tinker with the equipment. They had it fixed within 10 minutes!!! Paradise gave us a quote so we have an idea of the cost for when this ancient unit ACTUALLY dies, and it was $3k-$8k cheaper than our other quotes!!! They could have easily just given us a price for a new unit like everyone else. I appreciate that Paradise put forth the effort to figure out the problem, and saved us THOUSANDS!!!

Quick response for broken AC. Found the problem quickly and was able to fix on the same visit. They also recommended some improvements based on another issue I was having. Overall great experience.

If only all of our consumer needs were met like the service provided by the team at Paradise Heating and Air. From the very cordial and helpful Paradise employee who answered our after-hours, weekend phone call to the technical service provided by Jonathan and Matthew on Monday - we couldn’t be more pleased. We were informed every step of the way via text of all pertinent information including: scheduled appointment time, tech arrival time with the id’s of technicians who would be performing the work. Jonathan and Matthew arrived five minutes earlier than the one hour scheduled window (no no-shows here), did what they had to do and didn’t use weaponry to determine labor costs. In a land where customers have seemingly been disregarded and led to die, the folks of Paradise have obviously seen themselves and decided to do things a different and better way.
2025 UPDATE: I needed Jonathan service on Friday, April 3rd. I called his office at 6:40. Jonathan arrived at my home by 2 o’clock that afternoon. Got my unit back up and running in less than an hour. The team at Paradise heating and cooling. Always provide exceptional, customer service and expertise. Johnathan was great! We had a moisture problem in our kitchen cabinets that were on an interior wall. He spent a good amount of time figuring out what was going on, gave us a solution and answered all of our questions. A very good experience!
